Question: Who signed the Enron tax returns?

I want to know who signed the Enron tax returns. The Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002 Section X states that the Chief Executive Officer of the company must sign the tax returns. This law came up as the result of Enrons fraud, so i think Jeff Skilling didn’t sign the tax returns when he was the CEO. So, who sign them?

Answer: Skilling signed them
