Question: How do i claim my wife on my tax returns if she only has a visa?
She has a K-1 visa and sher residence is still pending so how do i claim her on my tax returns.
Answer: If she cannot get a SSN now, you need to request an ITIN for her. Once you have that, then you can file your return MFJ with her on it.
