Irs Tax Forms 2008

Question: What kind of tax form do I need for FAFSA?

I am in the process of getting aid from fafsa and they are now telling me that I have to provide them with proof on income and my tax forms from 2008. They said the income would be my W-2 forms, but I’m not sure what they want for tax forms?? Do they want the 1040EZ form I filled out or is this an official document I’d have to get from the IRS?

Answer: 1040EZ form. If your taxes was filed electronically may sure you sign and date it.
