Tax Cut Software 2009

Question: Whats the worst Tax Software for 2009?

My vote is turbo tax.
Imported from HR Tax Cut because of How great Turbo Tax is
Did not do my beneficiary’s right
Easy fix
Would not let me claim my rebate as income kept telling me I didn’t itemize last year. I did.
Used there community support Lock out twice and never got an answer.
Tried other help screens would work pop up blocker on it wasn’t
Tried there chat wouldn’t connect
waited 45 min for a service rep couldn’t understand what i want suggested I claim it as exempt.
E-mail correspondence ran out of characters.
Only responce to date from turbo tax you can’t sue us see this web site.
Figured out a solution for myself.
Does this qualify as the worst?

Answer: Sounds like it. I guess you go back to Tax Cut next year.
