Question: How to get a loan on my 2009 tax refund?

I need money to get my repossessed car back. I have until January 12 until it goes up for auction. The only way that I can think is to get a loan on my 2009 Tax Return. I don’t have any credit to get a regular loan and no one will co-sign for me. Before anyone says anything about how important it is to pay bills on time, unforeseen circumstances was the only reason my car was taken, not because I don’t work and pay my bills.How do I go about getting this kind of loan and what is the earliest that I can receive money. I’m at a lost because I have never had to do this before and I just want more information because this was a suggestion from a friend. Thanx!!

Answer: Many Tax Services will give you a loan based on your tax refund. Try H&R block, I know they do it, also many other tax preparations do it based on your last paystub.
