Question: Income Tax in Frederick Maryland?

I’m trying to figure out the income tax rate, and according to Sperling it’s 9.50%, but the max tax bracket for Maryland is 5.75% according to taxrate. So what’s the real value, and whats a good source to finding data like this in the future?
