Irs Estimated Tax Forms 2009

Question: Has anyone received their injured spouse return for 2009?
I efile thru turbo tax on Jan 25th, it was accepted and I call the IRS Monday with no update, amount or estimated date. The debt i orginally filed for is no longer on the treasury offset, and i have another debt for 200.00 which can be taken. But the IRS has been giving me grief over it saying why did i file just for a 200.00 debt, but i didn’t it was for a defaulted student loan, which I was able to get out of default. Anyway I heard my injured spouse form is being worked on in Austin, TX. Wish I had at least an estimate..its been 7 weeks waiting now. I filed from New Mexico, anyone else get their refund yet?
My student loan was out of default as of last week..March 8th.
The IRS gave me a lecture already about “why didnt i wait till my student wasn’t in default” the reason was because Dept of Education said it would take an additional 6-8 weeks to update the offset…but it only took 4 days..so yeah.Answer: Apparently some have. Another person answered the same question stating that they filed on Jan 28th through Turbotax and received their refund on March 12th. The link to that answer is on the bottom. Hope that helps!!
