Property Taxes San Diego

Question: Which city is best to invest real estate in? Port Townsend, WA, San Diego, CA, or Scottsdale, AZ?

Any info on property tax or your own personal experience, please provide. Where would you buy?

Answer: I would buy a home to live in in any of these cities if I was moving there.

There is no way on earth I would buy an investment property in San Diego or Scottsdale because the values are plummeting in those areas with no stop in sight. I don’t know enough about Port Townsend, WA to make an informed decision about that location.
