Property Tax City Of Atlanta

Question: Great cities for young professionals and why?
I’m an aspiring lawyer. Here are the metro areas I’m currently considering:
1. Austin/Round Rock, TX
2. San Antonio, TX
3. Dallas/Dallas Co., TX
4. Fort Worth/Tarrant Co., TX
5. Houston/Galveston, TX
6. Oklahoma City/Norman, OK
7. Atlanta/Athens, GA
8. Southaven, MS (Memphis suburb)
9. Nashville/Murfreesboro, TNThese are my criteria:
1. I currently live in Kentucky and want out. If I stay here, it will ONLY be in Louisville, and even the job market there isn’t that great.
2. So many people from Ky. actually go north to Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, etc. for work. I don’t have any desire to go north.
3. I want to be in a growing city with a strong economy and good, friendly people.
4. I’d like a reasonably decent cost of living–fairly low property tax rates, a growing and not-about-to-bust housing market, and hot summers/warm winters.I appreciate any and all help!
